            Responsibilities Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on rotating equipment such as pumps, gearboxes, and diesel engines to ensure operational reliability 
Troubleshoot mechanical failures and conduct root cause investigations to improve equipment performance 
Lead and supervise the Maintenance Team during night shifts and weekends to execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks effectively 
Train and mentor Maintenance Team members to enhance their technical skills and ability to perform complex maintenance activities 
Coordinate spare parts management with the Maintenance Team to support timely preventive maintenance 
Manage and liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure quality and timely completion of maintenance services 
Enforce compliance with safety standards across all maintenance activities to maintain a safe working environment
