Job Description
The Field Service Engineer III role focuses on solving the most complex technical challenges in the field, acting as an experienced escalation point for system performance, reliability, and integration issues that others cannot resolve. You will take deep technical ownership of advanced vacuum-based systems, particularly Ion Beam Deposition equipment, and play a key role in protecting customer trust, accelerating recovery from critical events, and driving product and process improvements across the broader engineering organization. This position is ideal for an engineer who seeks high autonomy, extensive hands-on work, and visible impact on both customer success and product direction.
Responsibilities
