Working hours: 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 9.00 AM to 5.30 PM  
Salary: Up to $5,300 Basic + Transport Allowance + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical and Dental benefits + Insurance

 Responsibilities  Perform installation, maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting of scientific/analytical instruments. 
Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers. 
Diagnose technical issues and escalate complex cases when required. 
Conduct product training and provide basic application support to customers.
