Description
• Perform maintenance activities as per vendor specifications on a variety of display products, servers, audio-video equipment, etc. that are part of the integrated solution.
• Troubleshooting of the integrated solution as necessary, which includes addressing hardware (computers/servers, audio/video equipment)
• Troubleshooting system configuration, network, and software/OS issues
• Troubleshoot display equipment as needed, including interpreting error codes, determining cable vs. display issues, etc.
• Documenting all customer issues for use by support staff and management
• Travel up to 90-95% of the time
• Other tasks assigned by Management from time to time
