Responsibilities Travelling to sites throughout the UK and Ireland (occasional international travel required). Performing installation, commissioning, SATs, FATs, service, maintenance and repair of Flexographic and Digital printing and laser engraving equipment. Telephone support. Communicating with customers and building relationships with operators/technicians and other key personnel. Delivering machine training at Operator and Maintenance/Technician level. Carry out pre-installation site surveys. Occasional sales support at exhibitions/customers visits. Accurate reporting of daily activities including customer feedback.
