Job Description

- Travel to customer sites to install and repair laser products.
- Provide training and technical support to customers.
- Report discrepancies, unresolved, or recurrent problems to headquarters.
- Understand technical documentation, schematics, and blueprints, and utilize them in field support.
- Provide regular feedback to R&D, Engineering, and Production departments.
- Accurately identify system problems from field information and consolidate this information.
- Report these problems to the appropriate teams.
- Assist other Field Service Engineers as directed.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
