Responsibilities
Perform on‑site service efficiently and effectively on Eppendorf instruments and equipment, including installation, operator training, preventive maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, adjustments, calibrations and part replacement – always following service manuals and technical procedures. Document and manage all service activities, billing and quality records accurately, whether working in‑house, at customer facilities or remotely, ensuring traceability and compliance with our quality standards. Plan and manage your schedule in close coordination with Dispatch and your Area Service Manager, maintaining accurate calendar entries and balancing workload to achieve high customer satisfaction. Build strong customer relationships by combining excellent technical expertise with clear, proactive communication and a consistently professional, “can‑do” attitude before, during and after each service visit.
