The Opportunity

In this role, you will support the installation, commissioning, and service of advanced power grid technologies within Hitachi Energy’s Grid Integration Service organization. Working closely with service, commissioning, and engineering teams, you will focus on control systems that support FACTS, HVDC, substation, and power quality applications. Your work will span the full plant lifecycle, from commissioning through warranty and ongoing service, requiring hands‑on involvement in fault tracing, system corrections, verification, and on‑site technical support. You will operate in dynamic field environments, often under time‑critical conditions, while collaborating with project managers, suppliers, and customers to meet specific service and control functionality needs.
