Responsible for: Agent Recruitment Agent Development Meet Business targets Customer Centricity Deliver sales targets and ensure adherence to the Mandated Sales Process: Prepare monthly and annual action plans to achieve his/her goals Ensuring adherence by PFAs to the Sales process as mandated by the company Motivating and ensuring Revenue targets (as may be set from time to time) for the PFA are achieved Measurement and tracking of relevant metrics for PFAs Ensure that R&R schemes are communicated to understood by the PFAs in the team and used effectively to motivate and help the team perform Work towards achieving the target sales and product mix from the team of PFAs Track customer proposals through to conversion Requirements Must be graduate & above (12th plus 3 year valid diploma is also acceptable). For AADM at least 1+ yrs. of field sales experience.
