The Field Sales Agent is responsible for promoting and selling ALPHA's products to prospective and existing customers through direct field visits. The role requires building strong customer rapport, achieving sales targets and ensuring excellent customer service satisfaction and repeat patronage.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts regular market visits to identify new sales opportunities by opening new niche, promoting wider store merchandise with existing clients
- Maintain positive business and customer relationship to ensure continues sales
- Achieve pre agreed monthly sales targets
- Prepare and submit market status analysis
- Prepare and submit competitor comparison feedback report
- Suggest new products to carry
- Gathers customer feedback and reports back to supervisor
- Open new areas for expansion
- Used to saturate wet & dry markets
