The Field Quality Specialist will be the person in charge to follow up the resolution of the issue raised form the Field, collecting information from technical cases, warranty claims and transfer into the Factory quality and collaborating with all the other teams ( Manufacturing Engineering, Build quality, manufacturing, Design Engineering, Customer support). He/she will get in contact with Supplier if need for issue resolution, especially for topic related to Product Problem Resolution (PPR).
