This role ensures that every deployment is executed with precision, every piece of equipment is optimized for performance, and every stakeholder, from corporate leadership to the local bar owner—receives world-class service through data-driven action and physical presence.

Core Responsibilities

1. Data-Driven Diagnostics

• Daily Performance Audit: Start every day by analyzing the Pubinno Pro App to review the previous 24 hours of performance across all active locations.
• Proactive Intervention: Identify and resolve unusual behaviors immediately (e.g., offline devices or zero sales). Contact the responsible parties to provide remote support and implement preventative measures to ensure issues do not recur.
