General Purpose Of The Job

This position performs diagnostic onsite inspections for customers as well as other inspection services.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform/assist with diagnostic roof inspections, including Infrared, Nuclear, visual, & other inspection services, along with related information gathering and verification tasks.
• Work with Lead Diagnostics Technician.
• Collaborate with other Field Supervisors as necessary.
• Assist with the Quality Control (QC) process of all diagnostic jobs, including proper documentation, to ensure all work was completed properly and the customer was fully satisfied.
• Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, voicemail, in person) with customers, sales reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all diagnostic related matters.
