Job Description
The Automation Engineer - Service is responsible for supporting the Field Service Engineers for all system automation activities. Including tech support from both our COE in Marlborough MA and at the customer site as needed for installation and integration, troubleshooting and new product introduction projects.

The FAE will be responsible for Field service automation support activities on the following systems globally:

• Alternating Tangential Flow (ATF)

• Tangential Flow filtration (TFF)

• Tangential Flow Depth Filtration (TFDF)

• Chromatography Systems

The Field Automation Engineer will provide remote and onsite support and work closely with the sales and product managers in troubleshooting customer needs. The FAE shall maintain accurate documentation of all service activities and escalating issues as needed.
