ABOUT THE ROLE:

AWX are looking for motivated people to join our clients Field Assistant staff to help eradicate invasive species starting Wednesday 22nd of April 2026.

ROLE INFORMATION & REQUIREMENTS:

• Pay Rate: $34.65 per hour + Penalties and allowances where due
• Role location: Burleigh Heads - Induction 22nd April 2026.
• MUST have valid driver's licence (Open preferred).
• Ability to pass a pre-employment functional assessment and drug & alcohol testing.
• A sound level of computer skills and literacy.
• Customer service background advantageous.
• Able to work a 9 day fortnight, Monday to Friday, with every 2nd Monday off. (average of 76 hours in the fortnight)
• Hours of work: Start times between 6:30am and 7am depending on time of year and team allocation. Finish times between 3:30pm and 4pm If successful there will be a 1 day paid induct...
