The Field Appraiser is primarily responsible in conducting field inspection and other related lending activities in appraisal, credit investigation, title verification, and annotation / encumbrance of mortgage with government agencies.

Responsibilities

• Valuation of real estate properties/auto/machinery offered as collateral and performance of other appraisal related assignments.
• Verifying the authenticity, acceptability and regularity of annotations and restrictions on or made on the certificate of title(s) of property(ies) being offered as collateral.
• Producing factual, reliable and truthful investigation reports based on field credit investigation checking results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related courses.
