4、严格把控食品卫生安全,确保厨房操作符合FSQM标准;
5、合理控制食材采购及库存管理,有效降低运营成本;
6、定期分析厨房运营数据,提出改进方案并落实执行;
7、协调与其他部门的沟通合作,确保餐饮服务高效运转。
