Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage crews for fencing installations
• Set up site operations with stringline and layout
• Operate skid steer for drilling post holes
• Pour concrete and install fencing components
• Enforce daily safety protocols on site
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in fencing or construction
• Previous leadership experience with field crews
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with clean record
