Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking to recruit *Due to our client needs* Experienced Female support workers to support our young client who has Cerebral Palsy living in Wrexham.

Hours
Monday – Friday - 7am-8pm new hours
1 x weekend in 4 - Saturday and Sunday 7am-6pm new hours

Responsibilities
As part of her support team, you will be responsible for assisting with:
· Providing encouragement and motivation
· Driving her to and from school
· Full Personal care
· Assisting with rehabilitation program
