Position Summary
This position coordinates and oversees the ordering, receiving, and distribution of all materials and supplies for Family-Centered care programs across the Phoenix Childrens enterprise to ensure ongoing maintenance of proper stock levels in accordance with established standards.
Position Duties
Coordinates inventory management for Family-Centered Care Programs across the Phoenix Childrens enterprise.
1.Prepares and coordinates ordering process for Toy Management system to ensure availability of required items, as requested by programs within the Division of Patient and Family-Centered Care.
2. Maintains current inventory records by decrementing and incrementing items to reflect activity levels to provide for continuously available accurate information.
3. Completes purchases on eRequest utilizing assigned funds and allocating to appropriate sub accounts.
