Your main duties are as follows: Welcome customers as they come into the restaurant Provide answers to queries presented by clients regarding services and offers made available by the restaurant. Clean all tables after clients have left and get such tables prepared for the next set of clients. Prepare beverage and dessert and cutting of fruit for daily operation Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons accurately & promptly Assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies Maintain basic knowledge of food dishes and the pairing of sauces and sides. Maintain responsibility for inspecting and drying of cutlery, crockery, coppers and silvers. Ensure trays are carried and food delivered to waiter/waitresses in a timely and efficient manner.
