The Food & Beverage Sales Executive plays a key role in enhancing guest satisfaction, improving team member performance, and driving business results across the F&B operation. Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, this position focuses on executing sales strategies, seizing business opportunities in all F&B outlets, cultivating new customer relationships, and expanding business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of all outlets' unique selling points, features, amenities, services, and policies, as well as those of the competition.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing Department, serving as the primary contact for all F&B-related bookings and inquiries.
- Coordinate with Outlet Managers to promote special events and occasions.
