Reporting to the F&B Director, this role will operational procedures across the different outlets/brands adhered to company and governing regulations. Key responsibilities Operations Ensure that all the outlets are managed efficiently according to the established concept statements and adhere to company and governing policies & procedures. Ensure that corrective actions be taken where necessary by Outlet Managers, Banquet Operation Manager and respective Head Chefs upon monitoring the service and food and beverage standards in all outlets and banquets.
