Job Summary
Perform daily supervision of restaurant operations and lead the team to ensure guest experience aligns with the brand standards Liaise closely with the culinary team on food quality or presentation Actively participate in menu planning and propose innovative recommendations to strive for quality and service excellence Ensure compliance with all restaurant policies, standards and procedures including but not limited to Food Safety & Hygiene aspect Determine and implement departmental trainings for the team to continually improve guest and team’s satisfaction Job Requirements
