Fault Reporting Center Manager
1. Oversight and Management - Manage the Fault Reporting Center (FRC) operations for the hospital.
- Supervise staff handling incoming fault reports from various departments.
- Ensure smooth workflow and timely processing of reported issues.
2. Fault Reporting & Tracking - Receive and log equipment malfunctions, facility issues, IT faults, and other operational problems .
- Categorize and prioritize faults based on urgency and impact on patient care .
- Ensure all reported issues are tracked in a centralized system until resolution.
