To arrange corporate activities & alliances with RWAs in residential areas for incremental fastag sales.
Recruit, Train, & motivate ground fastag promoter team to achieve designated sales target.
Identifying & developing new business avenues for fastag acquisition- Dealer/Agent/Aggregator/Corporate tie-ups/RWAs/Parkings. Track team performance & address their problem for efficient delivery followed by the periodic reviews of TLs & associates on the KPI assigned .
Gathering consistent feedback from the market for exciting offers & insights on competitors move as feedback for product enhancement.
To share market insights with Management via Excel reports, presentation etc.
