- Maintain store presentation by organizing displays, ensuring stock levels are adequate, and keeping the sales floor tidy.
- Process transactions, handle returns, and track sales data to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Previous experience in retail or sales, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and the ability to offer style recommendations.
