Our client owns and operates large scale farms in Ghana with focus on the production of high-quality healthy foods, while having a positive impact on soil health and biodiversity and positively impacting on the lives of local communities and is seeking to recruit a Farm Supervisor to assist with supervision activities on the farms.

Farming Operations: Operation covers over 1,000 acres of Mango, Maize and animal farms and requires the services of a farm supervisor to coordinate and develop farm hands for tillage, planting, cultivating, timely fertilizer and pesticide application, and harvest operations. This position also requires ensuring a safe work environment and organizing/providing training as necessary.
