Fairfield Farms has an exciting management role available within our Beef Finishing operation. We require a block manager for the day to day running of our 200 ha property near Burnham and just minutes from Rolleston, Canterbury.
The successful applicant will manage the day to day running of the farming operation and will communicate closely with the livestock manager.
We seek a highly skilled and motivated person that is passionate about the red meat industry and will run this beef finishing unit at the highest level. Monitoring live-weight production and proactively manage pasture for the best possible outcome, finishing beef cattle to their full potential fast and efficiently.
