POSITION INFO: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - Proven experience working on an organic pomegranate farm.
- Practical knowledge of organic pest control methods, including organic pesticides, fungal sprays, and organic fertilizers.
- Ability to scout for pests and diseases and correctly identify common agricultural pests.
- Experience with post-harvest handling, including:
- Cold storage management
- Sorting and grading fruit
- Pomegranate deseeding processes advantageous
