Assist the Outlet Manager in daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations
Monitor reservation status and coordinate with the culinary team
Plan and arrange staffing to meet business requirements
Ensure outlet setup, cleanliness, and readiness before each service period
Maintain LQA service standards and Service Promise compliance
Manage guest complaints and implement service recovery procedures
