A well-regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to lead its family law offering in the Bournemouth office. This is a unique opportunity for a confident and self-motivated practitioner to work independently as the sole family lawyer on site while shaping and growing the team’s presence in the region. The role involves handling a wide range of private family matters, including divorce, financial remedies, and children issues, as well as undertaking advocacy where appropriate. You will also play a key role in business development, building and maintaining relationships with clients and local referrers, and enhancing the firm’s profile in the community. Family mediation experience is desirable but not essential.
