Collaborates with the partnering and community agencies and their representatives on the multidisciplinary team.

Provides case intake and coordination for families and/or referring multidisciplinary team members. Completes mandatory and service referrals for children and families in a timely manner. Assists in maintaining the center's case tracking system to produce statistical reports to reflect accountabilities. Responsible for coordination, scheduling and conducting of forensic interviews.
