Vancouver Island's West Coast seeks a physician to join a multi‑clinic group practice. We provide longitudinal primary‑care services at Ahousat Medical Clinic, Tonquin Medical Center (Tofino), Ucluelet Medical Center, Hitacu Health Center, and Ty Histanis Health Center, plus Emergency and inpatient care at Tofino General Hospital.
Clinics are fully integrated with EMR. The physician typically works 3–4 clinic days weekly and 6–8 on‑call shifts per month at the ten‑bed acute‑care hospital, which also serves as a UBC Island Medical School residency teaching site.
The practice values collaboration, diversity, and cultural safety. Staff includes nursing and ancillary health support (rehab, MSHU, Home & Community Care), and partners such as Nuu chah nulth Health Services.
