Credentialing: 60 days
Start: 6/2/25
End: 9/2/25
LOA: 3 month contract with option to extend
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8 - 5; 1hr lunch
Patient Volume: 10-12 patients per day
EMR: RPMS with IHS specific add-ons
License: ANY STATE LICENSE
