Key Details & Responsibilities

• Full‑time, Monday‑Friday schedule with up to 24 patient visits per day.
• Treat patients of all ages.
• Provide primary care within a Federally Qualified Health Center that offers behavioral health, insurance enrollment, health education, and nutrition services.
• Coordinate care with the medical director and a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence‑based, patient‑centered care.
