Dignity Health Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic team in Maricopa, Arizona .

Opportunity Highlights:

• Flexibility to work 4 longer days or 5 regular

• After-hours Outpatient Call (by telephone only) is minimal (3-4 weeks/year)

• Outpatient: 36 patient-facing hours/week with scheduled patients and 4 hours per week dedicated administrative time to take care of tail of practice and engage in teaching, quality improvement, and service related activities.

• Avg 18-24 patients per day on 8-hour outpatient days

• Great MA support + RN onsite
