The RoleThis is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and progressive practice, managing a varied caseload across all areas of family law, including:
- Public Law – Pre-proceedings and Care Proceedings
- Private Law – Child Arrangements, Specific Issue and Prohibited Steps applications
- Domestic Abuse – Non-molestation and Occupation Orders
- Separation – Divorce, financial matters, and cohabitation disputes
Candidate RequirementsWe are seeking a solicitor who can demonstrate:
- 3+ years PQE in family law
- Proven experience across both public and private family matters
- Confidence in handling a full caseload independently
- Strong advocacy and courtroom skills
- Excellent communication and client care
