Overview

Reporting to the Director, Engineering, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Monitor Dayforce daily to authorize activities from the previous day.
• Prepare and send Dayforce reports to Payroll bi-weekly.
• Input weekly schedules accurately and adjust for employee time-off requests in Watson / Unifocus.
• Generate purchase orders (POs) using Birchstreet.
• Coordinate order placements with suppliers using designated PO numbers.
• Establish and monitor vendors in CORA, ensuring vendor status is current.
