Your Impact

• Own end-to-end plant performance with daily operating rhythms (tier meetings, KPI reviews, and action tracking).


• Translate company and VP-level objectives into clear direction for production teams.


• Maintain a strong presence on the floor to reinforce priorities and resolve issues quickly.
