Grade 12 / Matric Diploma or Degree in Production Management, Operations Management or similar qualification advantageous
8–10 years’ experience in a Factory or Production Management role
Experience within the Shopfitting, Wood Manufacturing or Joinery industry is essential
Strong understanding of production planning and manufacturing processes
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Experience with quality control systems and procedures
Valid driver’s license
