The Opportunity

We are recruiting for an experienced Factory Manager to join a leading food manufacturing business operating within a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.

This is a senior leadership position with responsibility for one of the organisation's largest operational functions, leading a substantial workforce and ensuring the delivery of safety, quality, service, cost and people objectives.
