The Factory Manager oversees the complete daily operations of a mayonnaise and sauces manufacturing facility ensuring safe efficient and high-quality production in line with international food‑safety standards. The role covers production people management quality maintenance cost control and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities Production & OperationsLead end‑to‑end factory operations: raw material reception, storage, mixing, homogenization, filling, packing and dispatch.
Ensure production plans (daily/weekly/monthly) are met in volume, timing and quality.
Troubleshoot batching and emulsion issues improving product stability, texture and consistency.
Implement and maintain HACCP, ISO 22000/FSSC systems.
Work with Food Technologist and QC to control pH, viscosity, stability and process parameters.
