Facility Services Coordinator – Vancouver Area
Langley, BC, Canada (No Local). This role supports the Vancouver area Facilities Management Group (FMG) and is based in Langley, BC with onsite work and occasional remote work.
Responsibilities
- Assists two or more Facilities Management Groups (FMG) to ensure timely maintenance to facilities using established maintenance, repair, and replacement processes and standards
- Provides administrative and clerical support to two or more Facilities Management workgroups
- Acts as the first point of contact for all incoming phone and email queries for the FMG and responds to customers in a timely manner
- Supports provision of access to facilities
- Works with the Facility Manager, IFM provider and other team members to accomplish tasks
- Performs other office and administrative duties as assigned
