Job Summary:
The Facility Executive is responsible for supporting the Facility Manager in the day-to-day maintenance and management of the organization's facilities. This role includes assisting with coordinating maintenance schedules, managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and handling administrative tasks related to facility operations. The Facility Executive will also contribute to ensuring that all building systems and equipment are maintained in optimal working condition.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance and Operations Support:
Assist the Facility Manager in overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems.
Help coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and assist with emergency repairs as needed.
Vendor Coordination:
Assist in managing relationships with vendors and service providers.
