Posting Summary
Serve as the primary technical expert responsible for ensuring the interoperability, reliability, and performance of software systems critical to Facilities Management operations, including the University’s Integrated Workplace Management System ( IWMS ), and its connection with enterprise resource planning system ( ERP ). Lead major system integrations, ensures accurate transmission of financial and operational data between platforms, and provides expert-level technical troubleshooting and programming support.
Working under the general direction of the Executive Director of Facilities Management, provides direct or functional supervision to Facilities Management’s technology employees.
