Job Responsibilities
Work closely with Senior Facilities Engineer to ensure all services/operations are running smoothly without unscheduled disruption and in compliance to all relevant authorities requirements. Such authorities includes but are not limited to authorities like SCDF, BCA, NEA, MOM, FSB, URA, EMA, PUB, JTC etc
Support and execute preventive maintenance programs for building equipment to ensure that building equipment are inspected/tested to meet authorities’ requirement.
