**Position Summary:**

**Performs general, routine maintenance, wall repair, painting and servicing operations to maintain the hospital buildings and equipment for SRMC and those facilities owned and operated by the hospital, in accordance with applicable guidelines, laws and accreditation standards. Responsible for a designated portion of these buildings, including assigned preventative maintenance, wall repair, painting and daily non-scheduled work requests.
