Salary Range: $20.00 To $21.00 Hourly

POSITION SUMMARY:

Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance related to all SCH buildings/facilities. To routinely perform daily housekeeping and cleaning functions in an assigned work area. Maintains the interior and exterior of the facilities all year long. Provide courier services between locations.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Three years’ maintenance experience required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ambulatory – 95% Sedentary- 5%
Subject to stress and fatigue. Requires manual and finger dexterity and eye hand coordination when working with equipment. Subject to repeated bending, squatting and stooping and lifting up to 80lbs.
