**Responsibilities**

+ Coordinates, oversees, and/or manages repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance, landscaping, and janitorial work. Will seek concurrence from senior facility operations specialists to ensure services rendered are within the O&M policy.
+ Walk the projects with the Project Manager and identify any potential issues that affect equipment access and operational requirements for the O&M Program.
